2. Services
DataLeadEscort provides curated business datasets delivered digitally in CSV or XLSX format following confirmation and payment.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use purchased data only for lawful marketing, research, or business development activities. You may not resell, redistribute, or use the data for spam or harassment.
4. Payment & Delivery
Payment is required in full before delivery. Delivery typically occurs within 24–48 business hours.
5. Revisions & Refunds
Each plan includes a revision window for corrections. Refunds are issued at our discretion if the dataset materially fails agreed coverage estimates.
6. Data Accuracy
All datasets are provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy. Expected coverage ranges are communicated before payment.
7. Intellectual Property
You receive a single-use, non-exclusive licence. DataLeadEscort retains all intellectual property rights in compiled datasets.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DataLeadEscort is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
9. Governing Law
Governed by the laws of Italy. Disputes subject to the courts of Milan, Italy.
